Back-to-School Clothing Drive

The White Oak Clothes Closet is seeking donations of new or gently used clothing for school-age boys and girls, as well as young men and young women. Your generous donations will help children and youth begin the school year with a positive start and help prepare students for the upcoming school year.​​​

 

Shaw/ Education Committee Meeting

Deacon Kathleen Herndon-Lee would like to meet with all members of the Shaw/Education Day briefly after service on 4th Sunday, August 23 in the Adult Sunday School room.

Annual Shaw/Education Day will be observed on Sunday, September 27, 2026. We encourage all members who have graduated from an institution of higher learning to wear their school colors or paraphernalia on that day. We are asking that ALL Shaw University graduates contribute $100.00 and ALL other graduates contribute

$50.00.
